Matt Shaw
Originally from Columbus, Indiana, Matt Shaw studied Architecture at University of Cincinnati. After graduation, he returned to Columbus to help win Indiana for the Obama Campaign. That led to a stint with the Rory Reid Campaign in Reno, Nevada.
Matt is the founder and co-editor of Mockitecture, a half-manifesto/half-satire collection of architectural debauchery. He has interned at C-LAB/ Volume magazine, and has been published in Beyond, Domus, Icon and The Architect’s Newspaper. He currently works as an editorial assistant at Domus, recently writing and researching their guidebook Europe’s Top 100 Architecture and Design Schools.
Matt likes D-CRIT because it is a good learning environment with great people and strong, international networks. The vast resources and facilities help expand professional opportunities and produce consistent and learned content.
